• How long does it take for an uploaded paper to appear on the site?
  If auto-approval is enabled, your paper appears live in the Question Bank immediately! Otherwise, our volunteer moderators typically verify and approve submissions within 12 to 24 hours.
• What if an image fails to upload midway through?
  You do not need to start over! If an individual page fails due to a network drop, click the Retry button next to that specific page in Step 1 to retry the upload.
• Can I upload multiple question papers in one session?
  Yes! After submitting a paper, the success confirmation screen includes an 'Upload Another Paper' button so you can submit your next booklet right away.
• Can I upload question papers directly from my phone?
  Yes, the upload wizard is 100% mobile-friendly and supports both live phone camera captures and photo gallery selections.
• What if my college or course is not listed in the dropdowns?
  Please reach out via our Contact Page or email [email protected] with your college name and department details. We onboard new participating institutions regularly!
• I submitted a paper with a typo in the title or wrong semester. How do I fix it?
  Open the published paper in the viewer and click the **Report** button to submit a correction flag, or email us at [email protected] with the link and we will update it.
